BetaTesting (formerly ErliBird Nest) legit?

I received an email from BetaTesting to try out some hardware/software. It says you get to keep the device after the test.

I vaguely remember this company as ErliBird Nest, but it says they rebranded.

Has anyone messed with them? I can't seem to find many sources on their reliability or prove its not a scam email.
