Ask Wonder oversubscribed?

I was accepted by Ask Wonder two weeks ago and I completed the orientation. Unfortunately they were oversubscribed so I couldn’t attend Wonder University and they said they would notify me when slots open. However its been two weeks and I haven’t heard from them. I checked a few days ago and they are still oversubscribed. Does anyone know if it’s usual to wait this long until they open slots again?
