Will Usertesting let me try again?

I signed up for usertesting in august. They rejected my practice task twice and didn’t give me the option of taking it again.

I currently use intellizoom and validately, though, and i passed those tests on the first try and everything has been going fine*. So i must be fine at doing these kinds of tasks??

My question is: should i contact support and ask if they’ll let me retake the test? Or should i create a totally new account since the other one is basically defunct?

I really love these types of tasks but the opportunities are so few and far between that i could definitely use another site with opportunities. (I mean, if anyone knows of a way i could do this type of task as a full-time job, i’ll take that too... 😂)

*mini rant: LOVE intellizoom but the studies come a few a week and are so easy to not qualify for. Validately the studies come more often but even when i open the link right away half the time it already has “too many people” taking the study (and it stays that way for hours til it says it’s closed). Then those studies are also hard to qualify for, and half the time i’ve had errors with them (support has been mostly good, but when the error prevents me from completing the full study they say there’s nothing they can do - that just happened and made me really sad that i probably lost out on $10. Not my fault they don’t have a back button 😭).
