advice for Verbitage & VA evaluations

if anyone has done this, I could use some advice on the evaluation. I took it, and so far as I could tell, it was perfect. I double checked it before submitting it, and could not find any portion that was incorrect.
it came back as unqualified. any tips on this would be fantastic.

I've also tried to qualify for Fancy Hands and Belay, but am also rejected, but I cannot determine why, and they give zero feedback. I can't figure out what they're looking for, any advice with this would also be great.

rejection is getting really old, lol
