Who fixes Google’s auto-closed captioning?

I know this isn’t NoStupidQuestions, but there’s microtaskers for every situation. Is anyone aware of or participating in something that edits the auto-captions on YouTube that are clearly wrong? I know there are transcription sites, but I would prefer to be paid to transcribe, rather than do it as a courtesy.

(Courtesy options are also welcomed because some of the videos in my regional dialect are gawd-awful and I just wanna fix it. [insert Dave Chappelle Red Balls skit here].
