Validately - A few questions

I joined validately a few weeks back and have managed to complete 3 jobs for them netting me $30. Since then however I've found it incredibly difficult to qualify

1. I receive quite a few invites via e-mail and within <30 seconds of receiving and clicking the link, the task is full. Does anyone have any tips for getting in early apart from staring at my inbox constantly?

2. If I get into a task, I'm greeted with a pre-questionnaire of which I'm failing 90% of the time. Annoy-ling why am I being invited in the first place if the question I get failed on is ref. my gender or mobile operating system, I've already entered this on validately? Would it be wrong of me to ask if there's any questions that are known to immediately fail you?

3. How are people keeping track of which tasks they've participated in through to getting paid, there's no like dashboard or history?
