Swagbucks and MyPoints deactivated my account for no apparent reason.

So, about a month or two I did an offer on another site, told me to sign up for mypoints and earn 790 points. When I earned, it credited me about $10, then did the swagbucks offer, told me to earn 500 SB. It didn't credit so I contacted adgate (the offerwall where these 2 offers were) and I was still waiting on a response. Just 3 days ago, my account got deactivated on Swagbucks and MyPoints, and the credits for the offer (The MyPoints one) got reversed. Still did not get the credit for the SB offer. Any help? Already contacted Swagbucks support
