Question about Your-Surveys

I use gg2u, and it pays me .80 per one your-surveys survey I complete. Yesterday, my quality score dropped down for no reason. It dropped down by 20, when it was previously around 110. Your-Surveys support is not too good, so any suggestions on what I should do?

Any suggestions on how I can prevent this to happen again randomly?
