Is there an app or website to earn money through video games?

Is there a way to earn money through video games similar to the bounty board for partners on twitch? This is pretty much where partners on twitch can play something like war zone and get $10 a kill for a game. Or play a random game for 2 hours and earn $100. If there was a bounty board that anyone could use that would honestly be amazing.
