How to get money withdrawn from the Microworkers Account..??

I made a withdrawal request somewhere around 1st June 2020 via transpay global. I did not received the money till 13th June so i canceled and refunded the payment. Now I made a new request through paypal. I did not asked for the pin while making the request but it shows payment on hold on the withdraw page. So what should I do?
