File-upload.com not paying money
Last month I had created the account on the file-upload.com. on 15th May I had applied for 2.01 USD payout .it took nearly 13 days for it to process. I had Connected the PayPal account to it but my PayPal account was not connected to bank account .when I received email about transfer I linked my account within 3 hours but by that time payment was cancelled. Do you know how I can resolve this issue. File-upload is not responding.
And do you know how much time file-upload take for processing the amount?
