Befrugal account deactivated - not responding to chat/emails
My befrugal account have been deactivated the same day I requested my first payout. Before you start questioning, let me clear:
- I had single account.
- never referred anyone, nor signed up with anyone's referral
- The cashback amount was for purchases made 3 months back and were completed. None of it was cancelled.
Coming to them, I chatted with them, sent multiple emails/tickets and they stop responding after stating "You violated terms and conditions". They are not even providing me which condition was violated. They just go blank and haven't responded to single ticket where I asked which condition was violated. Same goes for chat, they just stop responding after that.
The amount was $200+.
What are my options?
