Topcashback time from confirmed to payable?

I signed up for TCB in November for their $35 sign up bonus. I had to earn $10 before I could claim it. Well finally a lot of my purchases from Jan/Feb are going through after I learned how to get them tracked. My $35 plus some other money I earned is now in confirmed and about 8.50 is in payable. I’ve noticed before that money can be in confirmed for weeks. I had some amazon purchases I made before Covid in confirmed for like a month before just disappearing. How long would the 35 probably stay in confirmed before going to payable? I intend to cash it all out and switch to rakuten which I like a lot more.
