Swagbucks Account

Hi! I tried creating an account on swagbucks but I can't seem to log in. I tried creating but will create an error saying about password length must be 6-12 characters, but as I try to fix that issue, it will create another error saying that my e-mail has an account already (In which I am positively sure isn't because I just created the account).

Afterwhich, I tried logging in using both the password (the previous and the new after the error) and it kept saying that the password is incorrect. Did I do something wrong? Please help thank you
