Rebatest - I bought a product to review, it arrived, I reviewed it... and now it's disappeared from my account?

Hi guys, I joined Rebatest after it was posted on here recently... I applied to buy a baby changing matt and was approved - as soon as it arrived I reviewed it. All the while it was showing up as pending (including the £15.99 balance) in my account. But then it just disappeared - including the pending balance.

Has anyone had any experience using this site and had this happen to them please? I contacted support around a week ago but haven't had a reply yet.
