Questions about LIONBRIDGE

I want to apply as an Internet Assessor but I need a couple of questions answer first.

Will I have to interview, call or use a webcam in any way?
In the description it says that I'll be a part-time Independent Contractor, can I work any amount of hours a week even if there are jobs?
Will lionbridge check or record my history, data etc. And if so, how can I prevent this when I'm off work?
