Not getting 4x games in Mistplay?

I started a few days ago and I have seen games with 4x pxp and a few games with 3x units. I have played all those games and the 2x unit games but now I have 1x games or lower. My friend just joined and see a lot of 4x games.. Why does he get a lot more? (he lives near me)
