MicroWorkers tips?

Ive been using microworkers for a few days now but I cant seem to make more than 6$/hour like others do on this subreddit. I am mostly making money off the social media stuff and some youtube engangement as well. Is there any tips or tricks on what to do to be as efficient as possible on this website?
