Lifepoints rewards redemption or payout

Hello all, I recently joined Lifepoints (UK) and I have so far done two redemptions from my accumulated points from surveys but I have never received (after 7 days) both of my £5 Paypal credit rewards. Are they legit or they take so long to pay out?
