Game Gleam Offer wont sumbit

Has anyone here used Gamegleam. If so, when doing the game offers has anyone ran into an error where they were required to send proof of a completion of a certain level in game, but the next day afer sending the webiste tells me to send proof again. Has anyone ever even gotten a reward on this website. Questioning whether its legit or not?
