Being banned from all of yoursurveys because of proxy/vpn

So, I’ve never had a problem running surveys on anything. Now, whenever I try a survey on my desktop I get a message that I am banned from yoursurveys, because of an apparent proxy or VPN. This was random, and I haven’t downloaded anything recently. Is there a way to maybe just turn off all proxy/vpn somewhere?
