UserTesting; anyone experience this before?

yesterday i scheduled three live conversations - one yesterday, one today, one tomorrow. on my first live conversation, the interviewer showed up a few minutes late and said he'd have to reschedule for the next day due to computer issues. i was fine with rescheduling, but today when i started my live conversation i'd scheduled for today, the interviewer from yesterday came into the zoom chat and... i'm pretty sure he didn't do the test i'd been originally scheduled for, i think he might have seen my name and done the rescheduled test?

the test originally scheduled for today was 12pm and the rescheduled test was 2pm, but i know from our conversation that our time zone difference would have made today's test 2pm HIS time. when 2pm rolled around for me, i never received anything from him asking to join a conversation for the rescheduled conversation but i am being credited for both in my completed tests.

i messaged support, but the only way i could find to do so was through their chatbot and the message needed to be brief. is there a better way to contact support? should i just let them/the interviewer sort it out and hope i'll at least be compensated for my time? i mean, this is two hours i've set aside from them and i'd hate for it to affect my rating.
