Problem with redeeming Swagbucks Visa Card - BEWARE!

I probably should have known better by Googling the company Swagbucks sends you to for Visa cards (Prepaid Digital Solutions). They have terrible reviews and are apparently being actively investigated by the FTC.

I got a card number but it is not usable anywhere, not even Amazon.

Wasted a lot of SB I will never get back. Weeks worth of time. Don't choose the Visa Cards y'all.
