Pinecone research discontinued my membership?
I ignored one too many survey invites (and I missed the "answer us or we'll yeet you off the survey list" email. So one time I tried to sign in and my login just didn't work anymore, investigated my inbox, and found the email. Is there a way to ask them to reinstate my membership? I did this once before, I think by replying the email "Karen Scott" sent me and I got a reply that resumed my membership right away.
This time around, I tried to reply to the email and got a generic "can't reply to sender" email, and I even went to their contact page and tried to send them a message under it, picking the closest concern as the subject since you have to pick one. It was something about not being able to get into my account (but gave the exact details in the actual message) and I just got a scripted answer about making sure my password is correctly. I sent multiple messages and it seems like they don't actually read the details. Do you guys have any idea on how i can get in contact with them, or is this just the end of my time at Pincone? :(
