IOS App For Playing Games/Downloading Apps (Steam Cash Out)

Hi, I am looking for a site that focuses primarily on playing games (ex; download this app and get town hall level 10 for x credits) and downloading apps for credit. I would like it to have Steam gift card cash outs. I had an app like this a while ago which required you to download a browser app which you do offers through, but I don’t remember the name. I got over $100 in Steam cash outs, but it stopped paying so I deleted it. If this seems familiar I would love to check it out again, or if you have another app I would appreciate it. Reminder that it must be IOS. Thanks!
