Do I have to create accounts with other surveying sites or will more surveys pop up later/tomorrow?

So I'm at around 182 points on Survey Junkie, but I did all the surveys that were available. Now the screen in the surveys area of the site says that if I want to do more surveys and get more awards, to sign up with the 5 other sites below. But I've already signed up with a bunch of sites trying to find a good one. Am I stuck here or is this just a plug until more surveys come back?
