I found out why your-surveys is docking points for 'attention issue'

I just got docked 4 points without even completing a survey. It happened when I closed the tab, went back to the first tab, hit the drop down box, and hit select other survey. I guess that counts as having multiple surveys now. You must close out of all your-surveys tabs then to back to the site you use to take another one.
