Any transcription site that always pays?

I'm sick of taking exams and wasting so much time to transcribe some impossible-to-hear audio, just to get "flagged" and not paid...

Are there any sites that are easy to use like QaWorld? and always pay as long as you do your best? without any impossible expectations...

I honestly don't care about how much they pay, just as long as they are of humanly-audible quality and easy to use...
