Showerthoughts on receipt scan/in store shopping sites?

with more states in lockdown, mandatory business closing, people out of work, ...is it possible that consumer spending (after this past months hoarding rush) will drastically sink? if that's the case, will sites like coinout, receipt____, shopkick cease to exist, as their whole biz model is to sell shopping info? if you have money banked in there, i would advise cashing out, i think, no?
