QuickThoughts, factory resetting my phone

My Samsung phone has been buggy lately and everyone's recommending me to factory reset it clean. I've heard QuickThoughts ties your account with the IMEI number etc, would I have issues getting back into QuickThoughts after resetting my phone?

I really don't want to lose the opportunity to do surveys through them, they pay really well and I'm not willing to reset my phone if I'll have issues, has anyone else reset their phone recently and how did it go?
