Options for those outside of US?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a job. anything from 7$-10$ an hour would help. I'm in the Caribbean,so it needs to be for people out of the states.

I would like to earn it fast as I'm in a tight place right now but it's not a total requirement.

I'm good with English,can write and understand it very well,not so great at speaking.

I suffer from Glaucoma and other eye conditions so if it has flexible hours,even better.
