My YSense Account's Got Deactivated !

Hello fellas,

After my first payout was about $5 Amazon gift card, then I kept earning from other surveys until I reached $ 9.71 afterwards my account's got deactivated !, I did not make anything either against YSense's Terms and conditions or having a SwagBuck's account. So, I contacted them several time but there are no responds at all !
