How to expand extreme athlete/stunt directory?

I run an online directory for extreme athletes, stunt men and women to advertise themselves for work in the film/tv industry (operating for over 20 years). There are just over 500 paying subscribers on the database.

I have an email list of nearly 5,000 stunt performers.

Any ideas on how to generate more revenue outside of the standard business model?
