How long does survey junkie take to call you?

I recently made 10 dollars on survey junkie somehow and I wanted to redeem a gift card until I saw that it wasnt available for my account.

I saw the faq and it says that I have to call them in order to get verified, which is pretty dumb.

So I'm wondering how long it took for you guys to get a call from survey junkie, heard that it takes around a week in order to get a call. Did it take shorter than a week, longer than a week? I'm concerned.
