e Rewards issues

Anyone else having gift card issues with eRewards? Been doing surveys with them for a few years and though the new site locks down rewards a lot, I was still doing pretty well. Now I have multiple gift card redemptions that never move from the “pending” state, thus I never receive the card. This has been ongoing for a couple of weeks now, emails to support have been unanswered.
