Bentofox Videos Broken?

From what I understand Bentofox and Hideout.tv are affiliates right? Fairly recently they've updated their Bentofox site to work in the US, Canada, and the UK. I'm from the middle of which where I signed up with my account information and proceeded to link my Bentofox to hideout aaaaaages ago. Recently I've amassed a good total amount of Hideout points and wanted to transfer them over. However, any time I try to it doesn't go through from the Hideout end, my points aren't reduced so I figure I'll relink them. So I go to Bentofox, their video section and try clicking any random Hideout video section they have... only to be brought to a page stating " Affiliate has been suspended. " on partner.hideout.tv.

Is this happening for multiple people? Is this some sort of soft/hard ban?
