Account permanently suspended from Peanut Labs?

Anyone ever have this happen before? I've only been using Swagbucks for a couple months and only started doing the Peanut Labs surveys within the last week. I filled out one of the PL surveys and it popped up with a message saying my account has been permanently suspended. I sent a message to customer support but am curious if this is a common thing or what I may have done wrong?

I'm pretty new to these kinds of sites and I know some tend to ban people left and right but I don't know much about Peanut Labs or if this will effect my regular Swagbucks account?
