Visa Local Offers?

Anyone use Visa Local Offers or Wikibuy local offers? Do they stack with other things like Pei and eBates? Are they even worth setting up?

Drop, Dosh, and others have really gone downhill lately. I'm only using Pei, Bumped, Freebird and eBates. But someone told me about Uber's Visa Local Offers and I wasn't sure how those fit in.
