Banned on Peanut Labs Surveys

Hey i was looking around on swagbucks and found Peanut Labs Surveys and when i clicked on it, its says my account has been permanently banned? I have never used it before so how can i be banned?

Sent them 2 emails so far but no answer from them at all.
