Transcribing at 13 years old.

Hello! I want to transcribe as I have good typing skills. I'm 13 years old, but I don't have any transcribing experience at all, and I just want to transcribe with a platform until I gain enough experience to join Fiverr. But, the problem is, I need a verified paypal. My parent's would want to verify a paypal for me that I can use unless I can show them that there's a balance to be withdrawn. TranscribeMe needs a verified paypal and an ID, and Rev is just no good(i keep getting rejected over and over). What are some good transcription sites that I can use to make some money without having a Verified Paypal.
