Top reliable apps?

I've been using Quick thoughts, because it seems to be plentiful and the most reliable. Usually $2 surveys for 10-20 minutes. I usually dont take longer than 20 minutes though. Occasionally I'll get the $4 and $5 ones. But that's about it.

I like it because it's highly consistent. But what else is out there that pays well, and consistently? Proof would be nice too.
