Anyone else get an unexplained chunk of money into their Survey Junkie account?

I wound up with 2,600 points randomly dropped in there after not using the site for a while (keeps saying "no surveys available, please check back.")

I checked the history and it's just a string of numbers for the reference number.

They are, of course, not letting me cash out and are refusing to call when I enter in the call que. I've cashed out close to 50 with them before and had even talked to them on the phone, but this time it's like talking to a wall.

I figure I'm not ever going to see that 26 dollars, but I was curious if this has happened to anyone else on this particular site.
