PayPal question.

I use coin master thru coin pop. I cash it out every 50 cents or dollar cause I dont trust it to keep working.

PayPal has a limit of $15 to make a free bank transfer.

Is there any way I can get money from my paypal to my bank in smaller batches? I'd go as low as 1$ if I could.
