How to stop abuse of telegram bots

Hi everyone. I have qustion how to stop abuse of telegram bots on in telegram? I am Administrator of 2 telegram groups. In both groups naive people promote scam and ponzi bots groups and false earnings where naive people must pay withdraw fee for theres earnings and they never recive theres earning and they can'y get theres money back. How to stop abuse telegram and telegram bots? Telegram support knows all about that and they don't give a care. Is there any other way to stop abuse? Thank you.
