Google showing wrong balance while trying to make a purchase. What should I do?

After months of using Google opinion rewards, I finally managed to get Rs. 80 (equivalent to $1). But when I try to use that amount, Google says that I have insufficient balance and I only have Rs. 73.95. What should I do to fix this issue?
