Does NiceTalk Tutor still operate?

I was lurking amongst the top posts on this subreddit and saw the NiceTalk Tutor app post, and after a little bit of digging I decided it was reputable enough to try. But I made an account and didn't get a confirmation email, and I havent seen any posts about it in a year. Along with that there is a support chat thing on the side and the last public message was from 2018.
