Any gift card sites (for buying) that guarantee their cards are never illegally obtained??

I know there are people who sell illegally obtained gift cards and screw over so many parties in the process.

Are there any sites you can comfortably buy gift cards with the knowledge that they’re absolutely legit and you’ll be covered if anything goes wrong?

Mainly interested in gift cards from Walmart if that matters. Thanks.
