Working on multiple micro tasking platforms

Is there someone who works on MTurk, Clickworker and FigureEight at the same time ?
Or someone who works on other multiple micro tasking platforms at the same time ?
I'm planning to grow my accounts on multiple micro tasking platforms and perform tasks on all of the platforms, in order to have more jobs and with that - earn more.
How many of you are having accounts on multiple micro tasking platforms and 'grinding' this way ? Any tips for doing/not doing this ? Is it a smart way to have 'constant ' source of tasks/HITs ?
Can you share your experience with me ?
