Will I encounter an problems using these sites in USA AND France?

I accidentally made a Gamekit account while in France, and afterward learned I would get banned if I logged in in the US. There are a few sites I am interested in trying from the sticky thread here, but I want to know if there will be any similar issues before I make an account here in the US.(and then log in in France)

The sites I'm interested in are: GG2U, GamerMine, and Amazon Mechanical Turk. The sites are listed as "International" so I'm hoping it will be okay, but I wanted to check and make sure before doing it, in case any of them have special restrictive rules. Thanks.
