Anyone else get their account disabled by Crowdtap?

I just answered a few questions today then went back to check to see if there were more added and it showed a blank screen. I then went to the app to see I had been logged out and when I tried to go back in it said “This account has been disabled.” I didn’t even do anything wrong! :(
